Save iPad Notes to Notion
To save your iPad notes to Notion, share the pages from GoodNotes, Notability, or any handwriting app to the Flowstate app. Flowstate transcribes the handwriting and saves each note as a page in the Notion database or page you choose, usually within a couple of minutes.

Why Notion can't do this on its own
Notion can't import your iPad handwriting. You'd export a PDF or copy OCR text across yourself — it won't, on its own, transcribe a page and drop it into a Notion database or append it for you.
Share to Flowstate
- Use any handwriting app to take notes — GoodNotes, Notability, Apple Notes, saves, or wherever you write.
- Tap the share icon. Pick Flowstate.
- If you want, you can give Flowstate optional instructions for how to read your notes. For example, tell Flowstate how to interpret your shorthand, or how to turn handwritten symbols into formatting, tags, and more.
- Send it off!
Flowstate takes it from there
After you send in your note, Flowstate transcribes it, adds a title, and automatically saves it to the location you chose in Notion. It usually takes just a couple minutes.
A copy of the original handwriting or audio file is also saved to Notion under each note (if it fits in the file size limit of your plan).
